Eric was born and raised in Orlando, Florida where he graduated from Winter Park High School. He immediately immersed himself into the surveying industry and fell in love with all aspects of it. While in his thirties, fulfilling a lifelong dream, he joined the military and served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

He is the proud father of two wonderful children and is married to the love of his life, his beautiful wife, Jennifer.
